What you can do:

• Share previews privately with teammates or clients for feedback
• Evaluate style, direction, and fit

What you cannot do:

• Launch publicly with the preview
• Use it in paid ads, websites, apps, app stores, packaging, or marketing
• Use it as a trademark or file a trademark application
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the preview

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, preview outputs do not include commercial rights.

What is included:

• Perpetual commercial use
• Use for one brand or one end client
• SVG export and included asset pack
• Permission to modify color, layout, scale, and exported assets
• No attribution required unless stated otherwise

Important limits:

• Non-exclusive by default
• No resale, sublicensing, or stock/template redistribution
• No uniqueness guarantee
• No trademark registration guarantee

Unless stated otherwise, this license gives you the right to use the purchased asset for your brand, but does not transfer copyright ownership.

What is included:

• Everything in the Commercial Use License
• The exact finalized asset is retired from future sale on Logavio after purchase
• A stronger purchase record for your brand files

Important limits:

• Available only where explicitly offered
• Similar or independently created marks may still exist elsewhere
• Trademark registrability is not guaranteed
• This does not guarantee worldwide uniqueness

Exclusive Buyout applies only to the exact finalized asset sold by Logavio.

What is included:

• One-time purchase
• Perpetual commercial use
• Use for one brand or one end client
• Permission to adapt the logo for your brand
• No attribution required unless stated otherwise

Important limits:

• Non-exclusive unless the listing is clearly marked Exclusive Buyout
• No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution as a template, stock file, or marketplace asset
• No uniqueness guarantee
• No trademark registration guarantee

All Logavio licenses prohibit:

• Reselling the original logo file
• Relicensing or sublicensing the asset to third parties
• Redistributing the asset as a template, stock file, or downloadable design resource
• Using the asset in a way that violates law or third-party rights
• Claiming trademark rights without doing your own clearance review

Before using a logo as a brand identifier, product mark, app icon, or registered trademark, you should perform your own trademark clearance search in the relevant countries and classes.

We do not guarantee:

• that a logo is unique,
• that similar marks do not exist,
• or that a logo will be accepted for trademark registration.
