3. Data Storage & Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary:

Some Logavio tools (such as certain editor or conversion features) can run entirely in your browser. However, paid AI logo generation, generated project assets, and related purchase flows use server-side processing and storage.
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.
We may share data only with trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate the service:

All providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it solely for the services specified.
5. Client-Side Processing
Some Logavio tools process files locally in your browser. However, paid AI logo generation, generated project assets, preview delivery, and purchase request flows use server-side processing and storage. Certain conversion or generation features may also rely on server-side APIs for output quality.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use the following categories of cookies and local storage:

Optional analytics are activated only after you grant consent through the site's cookie banner. We do not currently enable separate advertising or marketing cookies on this site.

Logavio is not intended for use by children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 14, please contact us immediately at tmdrbpp123@anybaek.com and we will delete that information promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Logavio operates globally via Cloudflare's edge network. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that any international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place, including data processing agreements with all service providers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Logavio after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
