Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Logavio ("the Service"), operated by Anybaek, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Anybaek. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Logavio provides web-based design tools and services including:
- AI-powered SVG logo generation
- Free logo maker with icons and text
- PNG to SVG vectorization converter
- SVG editor (move, resize, rotate, style)
- SVG asset kit (multi-platform icon export)
- QR code SVG generator
- Image format converters (JPG to PNG, etc.)
- Downloadable logo packages and brand asset exports
3. Free, Preview, and Paid Features
Logavio offers free tools, preview-only features, and paid digital products. Availability, usage limits, credits, export options, file formats, and prices may change from time to time and will be shown on the applicable product page or checkout page.
Free or preview-only outputs are provided solely for internal evaluation unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise. Preview access does not include commercial rights, public launch rights, trademark-use rights, or redistribution rights.
Paid purchases grant only the license type expressly identified on the relevant product page, license page, or checkout summary. Unless a purchase is explicitly labeled as an Exclusive Buyout or another stronger written grant, all licenses are non-exclusive.
Digital purchases are final once delivered, except where delivery failed due to our technical error or where refund rights are required by applicable law.
We may suspend, limit, refuse, or cancel access to free or paid features in cases of fraud, abuse, legal risk, non-payment, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
If there is any conflict regarding the scope of rights granted for a purchased asset, the following order of precedence applies: (a) the checkout summary, (b) the product-specific license or product page, and (c) these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only upload images and content you have the legal right to use
- Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
- Not upload personally identifiable information of others without consent
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
Warning: Uploading illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
5. Intellectual Property and License Types
5.1 Definitions
- “User Content”
- Any prompts, text, brand names, taglines, images, reference files, or other materials submitted by you to the Service.
- “AI Output”
- Any logo concept, design output, or related asset generated by Logavio's AI-powered tools.
- “Preview Output”
- Any AI Output displayed or made available before a paid license is purchased.
- “Purchased Asset”
- Any AI Output or derived export for which you have completed a paid purchase.
- “Exported Assets”
- Files derived from a Purchased Asset, including but not limited to SVG, PNG, PDF, favicon, app icon, social media assets, and bundled brand asset exports.
Your Content. You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant Logavio a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transform, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
Our Platform. The Logavio platform, website, software, design system logic, generation pipeline, models, prompts, branding, and all non-user materials are owned by Anybaek or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Licensed, Not Sold. Except where we explicitly state otherwise in writing, AI Outputs and Exported Assets are licensed, not sold. Your rights are limited to the license type identified at checkout or on the applicable product page.
AI Preview License. If you access AI-generated outputs without purchasing a paid license, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view and internally evaluate those outputs only. You may not publicly use, commercially use, trademark, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Preview Outputs unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise.
Commercial Use License. If you purchase a Commercial Use License, Logavio grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the applicable Purchased Asset for commercial purposes for one brand or one end client, subject to these Terms. You may modify the Purchased Asset for your brand use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or offer the Purchased Asset as a template, stock file, or downloadable design resource.
Exclusive Buyout. If a Purchased Asset is explicitly offered with an Exclusive Buyout and you complete that purchase, Logavio will retire that exact finalized asset from future sale or future licensing on Logavio after purchase. Exclusive Buyout applies only to the exact finalized asset identified in the transaction record. Exclusive Buyout does not guarantee worldwide uniqueness, the absence of similar marks, or trademark registrability. Unless explicitly disclosed otherwise before purchase, Exclusive Buyout is available only for assets that have not previously been licensed to another customer.
Product-Specific Terms. Certain paid digital products may include product-specific usage conditions, delivery scopes, or export bundles shown on the relevant product page or checkout summary. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased assets are provided under the Commercial Use License described above.
Similarity and No Uniqueness Guarantee. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs and independently created logos may be similar in concept, layout, shape, symbolism, or overall commercial impression. Logavio does not guarantee that any AI Output is unique.
Trademark and Third-Party Rights. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether your use, branding, publication, commercialization, or trademark filing of any Purchased Asset infringes or conflicts with third-party rights, including trademark, copyright, trade dress, and unfair competition rights. Logavio does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee trademark availability, registrability, or non-infringement.
Product Page and Checkout Controls. If a product page or checkout summary includes specific delivery details, export formats, usage scopes, or restrictions for a purchased asset, those specific terms apply in addition to these Terms and control to the extent of any conflict.
Breach of License. Any use beyond the granted license automatically terminates the applicable license unless otherwise required by law. Upon termination, you must stop using the relevant asset and, where applicable, remove it from distribution channels under your control.
5.13 Unpurchased AI Outputs
Unless and until you purchase a paid license for a specific AI Output, you acknowledge and agree that Logavio may retain, refine, modify, anonymize, display internally, test, or include that unpurchased output in internal cataloging or quality review workflows.
For the avoidance of doubt, Logavio will not intentionally publish your private account information or user-identifying data as part of such reuse. Brand names, taglines, and other user-specific elements may be removed, replaced, or generalized before any internal reuse.
If you purchase a paid license for a specific finalized asset, your rights to that asset will be governed by the license type purchased for that asset.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Logavio is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Vectorization, logo generation, and other AI-powered results depend on input quality and may not be perfect for all use cases.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYBAEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website, along with an update to the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Korea.
