Terms of Service

By accessing and using Logavio ("the Service"), operated by Anybaek, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Anybaek. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Logavio provides web-based design tools and services including:

• AI-powered SVG logo generation
• Free logo maker with icons and text
• PNG to SVG vectorization converter
• SVG editor (move, resize, rotate, style)
• SVG asset kit (multi-platform icon export)
• QR code SVG generator
• Image format converters (JPG to PNG, etc.)
• Logo marketplace for buying and selling designs

Certain features of Logavio are available free of charge. Premium features, AI logo generation credits, and marketplace transactions may require payment. Prices are displayed before purchase and are subject to change with prior notice. All digital purchases are final unless a technical error on our part prevented proper delivery.

You agree to:

• Only upload images and content you have the legal right to use
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• Not upload personally identifiable information of others without consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Warning: Uploading illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded images and generated SVG files. Logavio does not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for providing the service.

Generated logos: Logos generated via our AI tools are provided under a non-exclusive commercial license. We do not guarantee the uniqueness of generated designs — similar results may be generated for other users. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated logos does not infringe on existing trademarks or intellectual property rights.

Our platform: The Logavio platform, software, algorithms, and branding are owned by Anybaek and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our service without written permission.

Logavio is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Vectorization, logo generation, and other AI-powered results depend on input quality and may not be perfect for all use cases.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYBAEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website, along with an update to the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Korea.
