Refund Policy

Refunds are handled conservatively because most Logavio purchases are digital products delivered immediately. Technical delivery failures, duplicate charges, and legally required refunds remain eligible for review.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Logavio digital products, including AI logo packages, exported brand assets, and related paid deliverables.

Free previews and unpaid evaluation outputs are not purchases and do not qualify for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Delivered digital logo packages and downloadable exports
  • Purchases made after you reviewed previews or checkout details
  • Change-of-mind requests after delivery
  • Requests based solely on trademark uncertainty or design similarity

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate billing for the same order
  • A technical failure prevented delivery and Logavio could not resolve it within a reasonable period
  • The charge was made in error and no usable paid deliverable was provided
  • Refund rights are required by applicable law

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with enough detail for verification:

  • Project ID or order reference
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Any screenshots or delivery error details, if applicable

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the charge or delivery issue is discovered.

5. Review and Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days.

If a refund request is denied, we may still offer a technical fix, corrected delivery, or another reasonable support response where appropriate.
